Our goal is to help our students become successful real estate investors by providing them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make informed decisions, take calculated risks, and achieve their goals in the dynamic and exciting world of real estate.
Jessie Rodriguez
In 2006, Jessie Rodriguez founded his own boutique real estate brokerage, Cal American Homes. Within three years the company grew a staggering 1,277%, to rank among the top 500 brokerages in the United States. Cal American Homes continued on to thrive, even through the adversity of the Great Recession, earning the rank of #286 in the Inc. 500 List. The success of the company is a testimony not only to Jessie's leadership and guidance, but to the team's creativity, resilience, and tenacity.
After a guest appearance on HGTV's Flip or Flop, the network offered Jessie and his wife, Tina, a show of their own. And so, in 2016, Vintage Flip was born. The show focused on Jessie's background in architecture and passion for historic homes. After several years of filming for television, Jessie founded Vintage Flip, LLC to continue the renovations off-camera, and has flipped more than 300 homes in the past seven years, breathing new life into tired
and dated houses.
As your mentor and coach, Jessie will bring a unique blend of experience, expertise, and passion to his students. He is committed to helping others achieve their financial goals through real estate investing and is dedicated to providing his students with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed.
